Pack Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
